Kieran Cato
Managing Director
Kieran Cato is the Managing Director of StreetStrong, responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business and overseeing operations, delivery, and growth. His career in construction began at 15, working alongside his father in a family-run construction company, where he developed a strong foundation in civil works and site operations.
Under Kieran’s leadership, StreetStrong has grown into one of only a small number of licensed applicators in Australia for StreetPrint, StreetBond, and DuraTherm, delivering innovative surfacing, stamping, and linemarking solutions for councils and infrastructure projects. Known for his hands-on, solutions-driven approach, Kieran leads StreetStrong with a strong focus on quality, safety, compliance, and creating durable, high-performing public spaces.
His commitment to people and community extends well beyond his operational responsibilities, serving as a Sydney Ambassador for the CEO Sleepout, a mentor with Youth Off The Streets, and a dedicated father of two.
Anna Rosa
General Manager
As General Manager, Anna leads and oversees the core business operations, client experience, and overall performance across the organisation. Her role has expanded to include leadership of client-facing departments, operations, safety and compliance, and financial oversight, ensuring each part of the business operates efficiently and reflects our core values of excellence.
Since joining the business five years ago as an Account Manager, Anna has consistently delivered results across high-profile, high-pressure environments. She has been instrumental in the management of logistics for one of the Southern Hemisphere’s largest events, City of Sydney’s New Year’s Eve celebrations, where she oversaw the operations and safety of stakeholders and 250+ crew on the ground from the GCC.
Anna’s expertise lies in liaising with councils and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication. Anna has played a key role in implementing streamlined systems and workflows, improving operational efficiency, scalability, and team accountability across the organisation. She also oversees CATO & StreetSTRONG’s ISO accreditation and compliance with safety standards, reflecting a strong focus on risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
Joe Cato
Operations Manager
Joe Cato is the Operations Manager at StreetSTRONG, bringing strong leadership, operational discipline, and a solutions-focused approach to the company’s tendering and project delivery processes. With a solid background in civil works, asphalt services, and end-to-end project coordination, Joe plays a key role in ensuring StreetSTRONG submits competitive, accurate, and high-quality tenders.
With over 30 years of experience, Joe oversees the full tendering lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and scope clarification to pricing, compliance, and final submission. He collaborates closely with estimating, operations, and client stakeholders to ensure each proposal reflects StreetSTRONG’s capabilities, standards, and commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and cost-effective outcomes.
Brodie Arabi
Business Development Manager
Brodie Arabi has been a key member of StreetSTRONG since August 2020. Starting as a Site Supervisor, Brodie quickly became known for his reliable leadership, strong trade background, and hands on approach to managing complex site operations and has quickly risen within the organisation. Brodie has since joined our management team as Business Development Manager.
With close to a decade of experience, Brodie oversees the full tendering lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and scope clarification to pricing, compliance, and final submission. He collaborates closely with estimating, operations, and client stakeholders to ensure each proposal reflects StreetSTRONG’s capabilities, standards, and commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and cost-effective outcomes.
